If you choose not to proceed with treatment and wish to request copies of your diagnostic materials, a fee will apply to cover the cost of these services:

The fees listed above apply only to optional, non-clinical requests for exported copies of scan files for personal use (for example, DICOM or STL data), not to standard subject access requests.
At 21D, we understand the importance of budgeting. That's why we've partnered with a registered finance provider to offer payment plans, ensuring our advanced full mouth dental implant solution is accessible to more people.
We focus exclusively on full mouth dental implants and do not offer single or sectional implant treatments. Unfortunately, this means we wouldn’t be the right provider if you’re looking for individual tooth implants.
We regularly treat patients with bone loss, gum disease, and periodontal disease. Our approach is designed to address these conditions, so you can still be a suitable candidate for treatment.
No. General anaesthesia is not permitted for full mouth dental implant procedures in general dental practice. However, we offer oral medication prior to the procedure, which many patients choose to help them feel relaxed and at ease. During the surgery itself, a local anaesthetic is administered to the jaw area to ensure the treatment site is fully numb and comfortable.
At 21D, we are a private clinic and do not provide treatment through the NHS or benefit schemes. However, we do offer flexible finance options to help make your treatment more affordable. Our finance partner provides loan options with a minimum deposit of £2,000, subject to application and a soft credit check, which will not affect your credit score.
If you’d like to explore these options or have any questions, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.
In some cases, single-jaw treatment may be possible; however, the majority of our treatments involve both jaws. This is because decisions are based on clinical factors that support long-term stability and function. Designing implant-supported restorations to work alongside natural teeth—especially if those teeth are misaligned—can be complex and may lead to less predictable long-term outcomes.
Our priority is to recommend the most reliable and durable solution for your overall oral health.
