Certain features of the app allow users to submit information, including video content, to support remote clinical triage.The app does not provide a medical diagnosis and does not replace an in-person clinical consultation.

a. Basic Account Information
When you create an account or interact with the app, we may collect: Name and surname, Email address, Phone number, Randomly generated UUID.
b. Usage Information
To help us improve the app experience, we collect anonymised or aggregated data relating to educational content, including:
- Videos viewed
- Completion progress
- Engagement signals (e.g. likes or dislikes).
This data does not directly identify you.
c. Assessment or Contact Form Information (Optional)
When you request a free clinical assessment, we may collect:
- Treatment interest (Upper Jaw, Lower Jaw, or Both)
- Age range (Under 45 or Over 45)
- Closest clinic location (from a dropdown)
- Confirmation that treatment is not subsidised by the NHS
- How you heard about us (e.g., online ads, social media, referral)
d. Video Uploads for Clinical Triage
If you choose to upload a video through the app, we may collect and process:
- Video recordings submitted by you
- Visual information relating to your oral condition
These videos may contain health-related personal data and are used solely for:
- Preliminary clinical triage
- Determining suitability for further consultation
- Supporting communication with our clinical team
Videos are reviewed only by authorised personnel and are not used for marketing or training without explicit consent.
e. Live Support Chat Information
If you use the in-app live support chat, we may collect:
- Chat messages sent to our support team
- Basic account identifiers (Name, Email, UUID) to associate chat with your account

We use the information we collect to:

- Understand which videos and content are most helpful or popular

Our app is intended for users aged 18 and over.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.
